Wendy's - Hauppauge

Great quick ride through experience because I wasn't there at the age, as the menu was so completely different. The woman who picked up my order did not rush my questions when I asked what this verse is, or is that 1 or 2 patties, chicken or beef? Very patient, I said thank you for your patience and she said absolutely no problem.

Beautiful staff, served fresh food... only a few fasd food chains that still have Falvour of 90's in there foods and have not reworked their recipes and ingredients like Mac BK etc....

Food was good, but she forgot to give me straws for like 4 drinks

Great place to improve customer service 100%. I can really say I'm glad I gave this place a chance to dinate.

Ok, it's Wendy's, it's fast food. It's not Jean-Georges we're dining at here. So you know what the food is all about then. That out of the way, I had a good experience at this particular Wendy's. I went for a quick bite during lunch hour which I expected to be busy and it was. All employees were hustling. I was told my burger would take a little longer because it was being freshly made. I appreciated that and I have no problem waiting. After making the burger the manager went out of his way to be polite and kind and offered me a cookie for my inconvenience (there was no inconvenience). I still appreciated the sentiment and took him up on his offer. All in all a good experience.
