Friendly helpful and fast always great when eating healthy

It was busy as hell, but they were on top of things! Got my food and smoothies faster than they warned me, and they were delicious! I was hoping to try the watermelon mojito, but the kiwi quencher was good. I had the santa fe quesadilla, and I can recommend it. The salsa was very good!

I frequently come across this restaurant as it is conveniently located on my way, however, I have found that they never answer the phone. And if they do, they keep you on hold for a long time. I prefer the Tropical Smoothie in Commack much more.

I am disappointed to have to change my rating from 5 stars to 1. I placed an online order and when I arrived, they were very busy. I was informed of a wait time, which I understood. However, after waiting for 45 minutes, I discovered they did not have the item I ordered in stock. My lunch break was over at this point and I ended up losing money on a $7.00 drink that was not what I had ordered. It seems they need to have at least one adult on shift to prevent these issues.

I have been to this restaurant many times before heading to work, and the experience and smoothies have always been great. However, this morning was different. I ordered my smoothie and waited to see how it was made. I noticed a person was working on my order, but there was also a long line of other customers waiting. Suddenly, one of the staff members made a rude comment, saying that watching them work will not make the process faster. I politely responded that I was not trying to rush them, but just observing. The staff member eventually apologized, but her initial behavior was completely uncalled for and unnecessary.
