What User doesn't like about San Antonio Mexican Cousine:
Most of the food wasn't too bad but... DON'T ORDER SALSA!!! We ordered salsa to go with our chips and legit got served a bowl of ketchup with some onions and Cilantro in it! It was nasty. Had to send it back! (It really was just ketchup! How does a Mexican restaurant not know how it make salsa!? View all feedback.
I don't know where to start. We stumbled about it because our pho restaurant was closed. We were so glad it was. We went to a Spanish grocery store and told Um ok. Then there was a break in the wall that leads to a beautiful decorated restaurant with a Spanish flair motif. We started with homemade chips and homemade guacamole. That was great. Then we ordered our meal . The server. it was so nice and friendly. When we waited for the food, we looked at all the pictures and other authentic items that were hung up in the restaurant. Then the food came. The shrimp Enchilada was crazy. We also ordered chicken tostados and shrimps Burrito. That was totally suprise. The food was ridiculously good. When I say that the good food is hidden in the hole in the wall restaurants, I'm not a joke. This is the best Mexican I had anywhere ..can not wait to come back and try more food
The tacos here are frightened and they give you a decent amount of food for a reasonable price. I have a mother and a pop, but that's probably what keeps the prices down. Would recommend switching off.
The first time from here and had a great experience. The food was delicious! Had Asada Burrito and Tacos, Salsa and Guacamole and an Asada salad. Was fresh with great taste. Will be back as it is at home.
Great food!! Also the Aguas Frescas are 100% fresh. They also has a store where you can shop mexican stuff. I really like here. I also ordered Tres leches cake for my girl's birthday and is so delicious. Recommended!!
The food is amazing here. Authentic Spanish food that tastes great. The service is wonderful and friendly and the prices are good. Their dessert items are the best and you can find them in the fridge next to the drinks. Highly reccomend!
