We were grateful that Dunkin was near us because we had no electricity. I always loved Dunkin coffee and discovered the breakfast sandwiches on the beach last summer. However, the woman put a huge watt of napkins in the pocket on the window. We use them more than a week later. While we appreciate additional napkins, this was a bit wasteful. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
I ordered crabs and the guy who took the order to the door, yelled at me to get out of my car and get it. He had my coffees that spilled sideways on the Donuts box. I thought it was unprofessional. What if I couldn't get out of my car for a handicap? He repeatedly yelled at me to get it. View all feedback.
Great place, but the line is usually very long in the morning. Go early if you want Dunkin. Apart from waiting, the staff is very accommodating.
I waited 4 minutes before they welcomed me! That after I said hello There was no one by the way. Of course, my order was wrong, so I had to go back to tell you nothing. The rude Dunkins I saw
It's the same punch pressed basic food/doughnuts you get every other Dunkin, almost always something wrong with the order and don't realize til get home but it is what it is. Just make sure to check before pulling away from drive thru window.
With everything going on right now, I don't want to appear petty, however the dude at the drive-through window was the most rude I've ever experienced. Would not say good morning would not even look at me just held his hand out for my money literally. I think it might be a cultural thing with women perhaps I don't know, but they will not get another penny from me. The food was as expected.
Love this place! Monna and the DD team always treat my coworkers and I great. Best dunkin donuts in the area.
