Joe's Pizza - HATBORO

My husband went into get 2 slices for us to try (we’ve never been). The employee picked up the pizza with his bare hands and had it dangling while he walked it over to the pizza oven, which is extremely unappetizing. I wouldn’t have eaten it if my husband told me that prior. The sauce and cheese tasted very very generic. Nothing great. ?

There is nothing better than Joes pizza. Its what you would expect an affordable pizza place that is family run. There pizza is pretty decent and the run a lot of weekly specials. Joes is my go to pizza when in hatboro

Their sauce is too sweet and is obviously out of a can. They also put this not very good sauce on top of the pizza as well as under the cheese, so the pizza is very sweet.

So I've been coming here since they've opened pretty much and believe it or not I've never had an issue you get to know the family that works there and the people and it's great. So it pains me to say this but I was just in there order two slices one with lettuce and tomato add one slice with ricotta cheese also got a order of onion rings. When I showed up I saw my onion rings being picked up with bare hands after I just watched him walk around and clean up and do stuff then trying to shove my onion rings in the bag he coughed in his hand grabs the box of pizza and the onion rings with the coughed hand the walks over to the counter and says you don't need a bag do you open up the box of pizza and puts the bag of onion rings on top of the slices of pizza there's no way I would have handled this situation that woman have escalated into a crazy argument so of course I don't want to start any issues so I take the order and just toss out the onion rings. And to look at these slices once I got in the truck they weren't even edible had to toss those as well. Would never go back and would not ever recommend anyone eating here. Very dirty.

Always pleasant to call. Lady is always nice when taking your order, and we just love their pizza. Decent price for a very good pie.
