Rivals Grill - Hastings

We ordered to go and it was ready in a timely manner. We had burgers with gluten free buns...delicious! Thank you for having gluten free!

I was at Rivals for lunch today, and had the poorest service I have ever had. I was there a little after 11:30 and received a menu and drink in a timely manner. We were waiting on a couple of people to join us but they were there in about 10 minutes or so. My mother ordered coffee and it took at least a half an hour to get her coffee. I realize there were a lot of people in today, but we were one of the last to order after only having a couple tables in there when I came in. There were people that came in after us that ordered and received their food before we put our order in. We had to wait to get our checks and then took forever to get our change. We had to go to the bar to get our change. There were others that paid their bill before we received our change and there were 2 waitresses there at that time. It was over an hour and a half from the time i arrived until the time I left. I needed to get back to work. This was very poor service, If everyone was treated the same it would have been different but they were not.

We had to go to the bar to reach our change. There were others who paid their bill before we got our change, and there were 2 waiters there at that time. It was over an hour and half of the time I arrived until I left. I had to get back to work. That was a very bad service if everyone was treated it would have been different, but they weren't.
