Mcdonald's - Hartwell

Just make sure you explain in detail to the person taking your order if any different at all , than the regular way it comes.

Drive thru..only 3 cars. Took 5 minutes to place order. Ordered 3 items 1 item was a deal with a code which I gave the code when I ordered. When I got to pay at the window the person had not applied the deal. Ordered a plain biscuit and charged fora chicken biscuit. I then had to pull up to the front window and wait to get refund. I Ordered a plain biscuit with 2 hashbrowns. This meal took around 15 min to get. Slow and order not correct. This is not first time in last month my order waswrong and had to wait for a refund. Just few months ago I never had problem at this McDonald's. Very disappointed

I don't eat here often but when I do the food is almost always fresh and the service is quick It's cleaner and a lot nicer since the remodel!

They had 11 employees behind the counter and I used to work McDonald's and I had four including myself four people behind the counter and we still got food out the window and it out in the lobby faster than they could even think about getting it out Isit there for 25 minutes waiting on my food and then the s cold but I didn't want to go back up there and wait another 25minutes for four McDoubles and all the managers they were just heading out chit-chatting we didn't care have a tear in the worldabout the customers I would write this place probably .5

They need to get better at making sure you actually get what you order and also that it ain't just threw together. My Big Mac was to where I had to fix it to even pick it up to eat
