The restaurant could use more staff during lunchtime. While I could mention that the employees need additional assistance, I must say that, unlike other places, the food here was hot and fresh. I will definitely be coming back! View all feedback.
What Kristian Smith doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
I ordered breakfast and a coffee on the app at 10:15. By the time I got to the window it was 10:31 and I was told they are no longer serving breakfast. I got my coffee and it was cold. No point in mobile ordering if they don’t make the food and quality is bad as well. If the line hadn’t taken 16 minutes to get through I would have gotten my breakfast I suppose. I’ve always had issues with this location but unfortunately there are not any options for food in Hartsville or I would go anywhere else.
