Food was hot and tasty and order taker/cashier was smiling and upbeat! My only issue were with the Hash Rounds, they were very greasy. But, overall, a good breakfast View all feedback.
What Melodi Gainey doesn't like about Hardee's:
Hartsville hardees let me down this morning rude staff terrible service… sat down and waited for my food that was sitting done while they gave my food to other customers went to get my food and said it wasn’t done yet they had to make it again so I asked for my money back and then they began to laugh at me and cut up so i definitely will not be going there ever again View all feedback.
The place was a mess. Beverage station had liquids and trash all over it and 3/4 of the tables needed wiping. I was dine in and got served takeout but wasn't given a straw or napkins. Won't be back.
Drive-thru person was very rude stood there counting her drawer didn't even acknowledge we were setting there had to wait on another employee to complete our order no respect
The 3 or 4 people working moved like snails. Extremely slow. We were ready to leave before we ever got our food. Only one person waiting for food when we got here. And one in line.
Not satisfied, ordered a 2 for 5 deal and only wanted a small fries which would have totaled $7.29 plus taxes. The cashier rung up a combo meal which came out to $9.90 and insisted that it was the better deal. I don’t drink sodas, however she insisted I get it. She didn’t know how to change the order and another staff came over and also insisted I get the combo. After just being frustrated, I took the meal and threw away the soda.
Love this place in the mornings. Great prices and love to listen the older people that come and hang out
