Marks Spencer - Hartlepool

Firstly good access for both able and disabled. Parking is free, some disabled spaces are available. This isn't the biggest M S but what it lacks in size it more than makes up for in quality and range of produce. Staff are all very helpful. They also have a nice cafe with some tasty treats.

I absolutely love M+S Food! They always offer high-quality produce, and the staff is exceptional—always friendly and helpful. Stopping by the restaurant is a must, as their tea is the best. It's a great choice for a delicious snack or a little indulgence.

The staff here are pleasant, friendly, and attentive. The store is a bit small, so it mainly focuses on essentials. Both the shop and the staff meet all the expectations of the Marks & Spencer brand. Also, the Percy Pig cake in a glass is absolutely addictive!

This place is incredibly convenient and offers a solid selection for its size. The employees are truly amazing—always helpful and very friendly. It feels just like a traditional neighborhood business. I have no complaints at all!
