We stopped in due to the great reviews, but it must have changed since most people posted. My avocado egg blt sounded delicious, but was disgusting with a hard boiled egg cut in half rather than fried egg, avocado was hard, and it was completely missing the bacon! I was pleasantly surprised about this local café . A wonderful spot for a relaxing lunch. I had a delicious tuna avocado wrap with a chai tea. The place has a following with many regulars.
I've never been disappointed eating here the metro meal is a great breakfast item. And the Mediterranean salad is so delicious. Would recommend to breakfast and lunch lovers. Very good pricing as well!
The pesto chicken panini may be the best panini I've ever had. Staff and owner were super friendly and super accommodating to small kids. Would HIGHLY recommend.
I visited Metro when it opened a few times and now quite a while later and it has stayed the same reliable, clean, friendly place to grab lunch in Hartford. Love this place!
