I don't understand how this establishment received more than 4 stars. Food was really pricey. I spent more than $27 on oxtail. I could have justified spending $27 if the food had been good. I frequently eat oxtails, but this didn't taste like them. They need a new cook or a new dish. To get rid of the vile taste of oxtails from my mouth, I had to consume chocolate.

My new place for curry goat. It was tender and had a nice kick to it. I also had the oxtails and jerk chicken. They were sold out of jerk pork or it just wasn't ready being that it was around lunchtime. The place was clean and the staff were very friendly. Like most businesses these days, the meat portion is reduced and you get more filler, aka, rice. I would recommend this place and also do a repeat visit since this was my first time there.Parking: Located on a busy street

This is the only restaurant I frequent when I go to Hartford, the service is amazing, the staff is incredible. The food is top tier, the food is always good. It’s the only Jamaican restaurant in the Hartford where the staff attitude isn’t stink/rude. They’re so welcoming and friendly, that’s one of the reasons it’s the only restaurant I’ll go to in Hartford. Plus they make amazing fruit smoothies and freshly squeezed juices.

I love the food here excellent service and even better customer service the food is very affordable I highly recommend this restaurant to anybody the jerk chicken the seamoss smoothies and cabbage is amazing with there delicious sauce truly is a 5out of 5 on every aspect.. they also have amazing music gospel truly God feel environment amazing place ….Vegetarian options: Cabbage
