The menu features favorites and weekly specials. Be sure to check the weekly menu posted on Facebook. I always enjoy the delicious meals and the cozy café ambiance! Don't forget to leave some space for dessert!
What a hidden gem in the small town of Hartford! I moved to the area nearly a year ago, and this is by far the best food I've had since then. The chef is incredibly talented, especially when it comes to crafting excellent seafood dishes. The staff is just as impressive! This place is Kentucky's best-kept secret. Thank you for a fantastic dining experience; you've gained a loyal customer!
Unfortunately, I have to report that Capers has permanently closed its doors! It's a shame to see another wonderful restaurant go!
