The service was a bit slow, as there were only two servers—one was serving while the other was preparing the food. However, the dishes arrived nice and hot, and the fries were particularly enjoyable. I noticed that many booths were blocked off, which made the atmosphere less appealing. Overall, the food court in St. Ann seems to have declined; it used to be a bustling place. View all feedback.

The prices are way too high for a small, cold burger. The drinks didn’t come with lids, and they couldn’t even provide water. I ordered a cheeseburger, and it didn’t have any cheese on it. View all feedback.
I had a whopper meal the burger was cold and it seemed very quiet on that day. Should have gone to KFC .

Order 2 vegan royal burger 2 kids meal but they didnt give me toys for kids when i asked say we dont have toys only we have colour book thats why not give i said my kids come special toys how can you forget not satisfied answer
Okay so service was super slow it took them 10 mins to serve each person. Given the short lunch break it takes away a bit of time from a busy schedule. Having said that, staff were friendly and the VEGAN royal is such a good alternative for those who'd want a vegan or halal option. Loved it. seating area was super clean so a huge thank you to the service staff.
Tasty vegan options but left with a very bad taste after the poor service. Very rude and staff look so bothered by customers.
