We frequently order lunch from this restaurant but are never satisfied. They consistently get our orders wrong, ignore special instructions, and fail to notify us if an item is unavailable. We will not be returning. View all feedback.
I always order online through the app. I Always order at least a half hour or more before i want my food. At Least 3x now my food has not been prepared on time. My co-worker and i have limited time for our lunch breaks and count on our sandwiches being done when they say they will be done. Waiting another 40 minutes isnt an option while they serve walk in customers before us. Terrible customer service, get your orders straight Subway.
Started going to the Harrisville subway when Oscoda's went way downhill over the past year. (From auto adding a tip to being out of bread) Although it's usually out of our way to drive to Harrisville, it's well worth it to get our order (and payment) right and never had an issue since we made the switch!
I am usually very patient when ordering food, but I wasn’t acknowledged and waited for at least ten minutes before I asked if I was going to be waited on! There where 2 women behind the counter, one left and the other was making an online order. I asked if they would take my order she said she had an online order first. Not pleased!
