I had Fraudulent charges on my card from someone using my Subway account. I called this location to see what my options are and Ann the manager on duty was very helpful and voided the ordered and helped me on my next steps. I appreciated the help View all feedback.
What Daniel Hernandez doesn't like about Subway:
Pulled up at 630pm and was closed on 10-30-23 2 customers inside eating and 2 workers behind counter joking and laughing stood outside for few mins trying to get their attention for one of them to come out and say oh we are only doing online orders now. Mind you there are people inside eating will not be returning till this idiot problem is fixed View all feedback.
Quick fast and fairly decent priced. The new menu is pretty delicious. They slice the meat fresh now.
Order food online for pickup at 6:00 p.m. said it would be ready at 6:20 p.m. got there at 6:38 p.m. and they hadn't even started making it. And when they did complete it and I got home it was not what I paid for I ordered double meat on one of the subs and there was barely any meat on it wrong bread and the employees were blah.
4 stars bc there was only one person in there doing every single thing. did a great job on helping me out though!
They are understaffed but they still get the sandwiches out quickly.
