Great place to spend quality time with your family, staff is very great and friendly and very helpful. They place looks very clean and wonderful. Boiling here is so relaxing they also have specials in food. It just depends the days you go.

This place was awesome!! if you plan to visit go early there was a 2/12 hour wait..

First-time visit to this restaurant located inside the Bass Pro Shop in Harlingen, Texas. Upon arrival we had to wait to be seated, there was 2 in our party. Behind the counter there were 4 employees all looking at each other and appear all to be lost. None of the four employees greeted us or offer us any assistant. We had to wait For about 2 minutes until another employee showed up and asked her if we needed assistance. It was then that we were escorted to the rear dinning area and given a table. Our server was very friendly. However, she failed to get us eating utensils and also got my drink incorrect. In the rear dining area we observed two tables that had not been clean. After our order was taken and after we had complete our meal and left the restaurant; the same Both tables had not being clean. The food is okay. It is a little bit on the pricey side. But the service is negligent at best. I observed 3 servers just standing around chatting while customers were sitting waiting to be served. In the rear dining area in view of guests is a vacuum cleaner used to clean the carpet. That vacuum cleaner should not be in the view of customers. This restaurant lacks leadership and strong manager. Will not be returning.
