Papa's Cafe - Harker Heights

Angela was a very nice server and the price was decent.However..bad coffee. Bad chicken fried steak. Bad hash browns. Do NOT get the cheesecake- it was like it had been sitting out for 3 weeks.Very suspicious that they had like 5 hand sanitizers in view of customers. Anyone who has taken a biology class, food course, or works in medical knows that hand sanitizer is not a fair trade for washing your hands! For this reason, I will NOT be back.

First time at this place and was pretty disappointed. Ordered the veggie omelette and for $10.79 (came with one side) I was surprised that it was prepared with canned mushrooms. First time ever that I've had a veggie omelette anywhere that didn't use fresh mushrooms. Other veggies used were onions, bell peppers and black olives.Overall can not recommend.

We usually have a good experience with this restaurant but on this particular day we had the worst experience with blonde hair being in our water and then when the waiter came back with the food there was another hair in our potatoes we were so disgusted we could no longer enjoy our meal and the employees did little to resolve the issues we were so disgusted never again so disappointed

Although the cafe was super crowded we had really good service, our waitress was very friendly and accommodating. Our food was brought to us quickly and was good.

This place was packed ? My first time here and service was great.. poor thing she was kicking rocks she was moving around the room so fast! I've been wanting to eat here for along time and finally did.. I was glad.. food was delicious. Unfortunately myself and partner got sick afterwards.. we think it was grease.. I got really sick for a few hours he didn't get like it did, but I had just had abdomen surgery 3 weeks before and think that is why I got more sick. We have talked about trying it again, but not something made in grease.. WHY, You ask???‍? because it was delicious when we ate.. ???
