Kfc - Harker Heights

It was an off day for that location and the staff made the best of it.i will visit again.

Do not waste your money at the KFC in Harker Heights. I asked for my food to be cooked to order, which is fresh chicken. That should be so simple, you think?? When I got home, i saw that the chicken was very old, like it had been out all freakin day. It was so much grease, I could have used that same grease and fried my own chicken. I asked the staff to make sure the chicken was fully cooked. I checked the chicken, and i saw red coming from the chicken once again. I think the cooks need a cooking class! These workers put no effort at all into making sure customers are satisfied. The goal for them is to hurry up get the order closed out so they can help the next customer. When I explain the issues to the manager, he was so nonchalant that it was ridiculous!!! Who have time to waste money gas to return food?? I only wasted $43. Who cares RIGHT. KEEP YOUR MONEY, they dont deserve it.

The cashier was really rude and lack common courtesy of the customer. I spoke with the manager concerning the issue of giving me the wrong order. This is the third time this location got the order wrong . Manager should reevaluate the quality of employees for professional services.I definitely will not go to this location anymore.

I haven't ate KFC in years because bif a bad experienceSo I decided to try it again and what do you know horribleFirst of all they gave me the wrong order wasn't tripping about that but the fact they gave me raw chicken sandwich was a complete disgrace.I won't be back for another 15 yearsGross!

Don't go to KFC in harker heights on Sunday they only have three people working and also u be waiting for service cause there was 6 people waiting to order food not
