Contribute FeedbackNestled in North London, this pub strikes a balance between charming atmosphere and decent pub fare, yet it leaves room for improvement in both food quality and service. Diners have reported average experiences, with dishes like grilled salmon and pork roast not impressing for their price points. Service can be slow, occasionally leading to frustrating waits, especially during busy times. However, many patrons appreciated the friendly staff and vibrant quiz nights, alongside a spacious beer garden perfect for sunny days. While not flawless, the Woodman offers a cozy spot worth exploring for those in the neighborhood.
It's a lovely pub with a large outdoor seating area. The service was excellent and staff were really friendly.
Very poor service very short staffed, orders lost, then incorrect when delivered. Food not great ran out o roasts by 2pm and absolutely no point in them asking how you want your burger cooked to then cremate them. Disappointing.
Really good lunch allowed to take bike into garden and served early as turned up earlier than planned for our booking.
Good pub nosh especially the steak and ale pie and the shepherds pie.
Expensive/ Average food and service. Large outdoor and indoor spaces and quirky decor.
