While parking to lunch nearby midweek we saw a big sandwich board advertising veggie, vegan gluten free menus tried The Shambles. We were served promptly by the friendly helpful assistant manager. Omelettes vegan chilli were served with home made chips. Good pub...grub elevated by choice friendly service. Unfortunately our experience in this pub wasn’t great. The staff were rude and unfriendly. We ordered our drinks and the waitress got one of the drinks wrong, we ordered vodka and lemonade but we were given a vodka and coke.
