Pizza Hut - Happy Valley

The pizza is quite good, and we also enjoy the boneless wings. The delivery is typically very speedy, and we appreciate the rewards program that lets us earn points on our orders for future purchases.

Since my last review, things have changed significantly. When I order a large pizza, the slices are cut evenly, and when I request extra pepperoni, they actually add it! The delivery arrives promptly, and my soda is always cold and ready to drink. I ordered a Pepsi, but unfortunately they didn't have a 2-liter bottle available. I couldn’t answer my phone due to training, but when the delivery driver arrived, he offered to choose an alternative for me. This proactive approach is what I consider excellent customer service!
