The chef is close to the stars. He has gained experience in New Zealand and Portugal, relying on Mediterranean and modern. Here it can be eaten very well, because the mixture and the antagonists are right.
Gorgeous delight with tapinambur, red chick and black garlic. Cod with blue mussel is called here: this is how the Nordse tastes here again. Especially the very attentive service and the advice from the cook itself.
