Fresh Bite Food Truck - HANALEI

Very fresh and visually appealing. Awesome spot for lunch outside. Downside is only open 4 days a week.

This food truck is right off the main road next door to Tropical Taco in Hanalei. I have to eat gluten free for medical reasons which is what drew me to this gluten free truck with lots of natural organic homemade food! I’m loving the purple fries with ranch dipping sauce. The Buddha bowl is hearty and delicious too! Next time I will get it to go so I can take it home and toss it in a big bowl because all the quinoa is in the bottom and it overflows the bowl when I try to mix it!

It was great. The packs are so cool and ingenious space for vegans and vegetarians. And seems most food is organic!! Buddha Wrap was the best. Also the cold coffee. The staff is very friendly.

I got the Gaucho bowl with chicken. But it wasn't worth the extra $5, I got about a 1/2 value chicken. No matter, it was an amazing food bowl and I would highly recommend the people to try this place again. Even though it was hot outside, this was the perfect place as it was cool option. There was approx. 10/15 minutes waiting time to order, there was a sign saying that a 20 minutes waiting time will be ready for the food. But we have it within 10 minutes.

Get the Steak Sandwich with Ranch and Chipotle! Very good. The mint iced tea was pretty good, but not as refreshing as I thought it was. The hawaiian fruit stamp was more coconut than punch, but was still good. Be aware that it is a fruit/ vegetables mix in it, so it is not a straight fruit drink.
