Red Ox Restaurant & Bar - Hampshire

Had the steak and garnelen combo med/well. steak came out of coal on one side/the other side. we sent the steak back after tasting. the waitress said she would let the cook cook for longer, don't know if we had a cold, kovid or hepatitis. she returned with the steak that looks like a coal briquette. we explained that it was unacceptable. she went with the steak. not to know if she would return with a new steak, she finally brought our shook with a 10 discount for the steak. we don't feel that it was acceptable that we wanted to talk to the manager. then she returned when the manager was too busy for a customer that she made pizza, but they wanted to compose the meal. when I went to the bar area and discovered the manager, peter explained my disappointment with our experience, and all he could say was that we were the megabyte after the departed I was faced on the parking by our waitress facing we only abandon their 10% tip. I then returned to talk to peter about his employee actions, and he could not take care of how employees act or how satisfied his customer experience was. so disappointing.

First timer in this restaurant. we had a very sweet waitress who took care of us and I'll give them. they give them a selection of suppe or salat and I chose the salat and I give it. basically a plate of iceberg salad with a fiber band of a carrot and a fiber band of purple cauli. I have tried everything you can eat, hate fish and I give it. They start with three good pieces fish and that's all I could handle. instead of cole Slav, they had a cold bohnensalat and I give that. would rather have a traditional cole Slav. they also get their choice of kartoffel and I chose a baked kartoffel, nothing special.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience here. it was worse for my birthday. eating was not prepared for our satisfaction. had to get my wife's plate back twice to get it almost right. my steak was cooked under what was requested and came cold. the atmosphere was also dark and not completely cleaned. I wish it had been better. try 1 more time to see if the experience is better and will give another review.

Had many great memories in this restaurant; eating is always good, but not the best. not as busy as it was earlier, but the owners personal are very friendly attentive. love the pizza, her black chicken captivating, rindstroganoff.

Service was quick and attentive. The Cajun catfish was seasoned well and cooked perfectly. The cheese ravioli were plump and full of cheese. The potato soup was super creamy and warmed me up on this cold winter night. My wife loves the Greek salad dressing and tonight it didn't disappoint. The bread was freshly baked and arrived at our table so quickly the butter melted instantly.
