Great service delicious food and amazing Lakeview atmosphere would recommend to everyone!

We had a wonderful experience. To those saying the chef boards aren't big enough are crazy. Order per person and there is more than enough. Food and service was wonderful.

Our dinner at Snug Harbor was excellent. The food, service, and atmosphere were all outstanding. It was a very busy Saturday night and the staff, which were led by the owners wonderful Mom, were wonderful. I highly recommend Snug Harbor. You also can’t beat the location on Keuka Lake.

Would love to give a comprehensive review but unfortunately our reservation was not available on time. After 40 minutes of waiting, we left to grab food elsewhere before everything closed.

We came into town over Memorial weekend to enjoy all that finger lakes had to offer. This restaurant was recommended to us by the owners of The B B we were staying at. We made reservations however our experience was far from positive. After being seated it took 20 min to be recognized by a server who did apologize for our wait. We ordered. Unfortunately things went downhill. Multiple requests for water, hamburgers were cooked mostly rare despite request for medium, salmon dinner arrived with no potatoes, hamburger orders were incorrect meaning brought out with everything when requested plain, seasonal salad with chicken was ordered arrived over 30 min after all other meals was the wrong salad it was a ceasar salad. It was challenging to get staff attention. Staff appeared overwhelmed disorganized. The assistant manager was accepting of our feedback, apologized, and our bill was refunded. It was a definite disappointment.
