What joczuan doesn't like about Don Andres:
It's unacceptable that they automatically add a 12% tip to the bill if it exceeds $50 without any prior notice. On top of that, the waitstaff still expect personal tips, despite the gratuity already being included in the total. It's disappointing, especially since I came here on vacation based on recommendations, and now I have a very negative impression of the service. Service: Dine-in. View all feedback.
