Milano Pizza Runcorn - Halton

What a joke! Avoid at all costs...food was arrived cremated and cold after almost 1 hour, offered to resend order and never heard anything after that! Didn't answer phone, had to go and find them (also trading as Miami Pizza on Runcorn Eats).

The restaurant took 2 hours to bring our food, some of the meals were missing, the chicken was overly coated in thick batter making it inedible, there were no milkshakes available, and no one was answering the phones. We will not be returning to this restaurant again.

Never arrived after 2 hours, tried calling the multiple times (no answer) They phoned to say they were on the way refused it, and I went elsewhere

I placed an order on Foodhub and waited nearly 2 hours without it being accepted. The restaurant did not answer phone calls from me or Foodhub customer services. They did not bother to inform us that they would not be delivering the food, they simply ignored us. I later found out that they do not deliver to my area, so why allow orders from our area in the first place?

Nice food .pleasant staff .good price .will use again .
