Tomatissimo - Halle

This is one of our favourite places, anyway. The cuisine is excellent, staff friendly, ambience cosy. If you sit outside in the summer, you feel like being in a village rather than in a city. The dishes are influenced by mediterranean style although it is...not a mediterranean restaurant. The tagliata is a signature dish. You can also choose from a variety of steaks. The chef gives also cooking classes, normally at least. While the restaurant is currently closed like all other restaurants in the area because of the pandemic, they have turned into a deluxe takeaway. You get all the dishes in vacuum containers, boxes, bottles etc and just have to heat it in order to have nearly the restaurant feeling at home. We did it and loved it. Of course, it is only a substitute but the best you can currently get

Of course, it's just a replacement, but the best they can get right now.

Friendly staff and excellent starter as well as main course. let them be convinced by the chef and discover a very intelligent way to experience Italian excellent.
