Tempo Food + Drink - Delta Barrington Halifax

Tempo is always a go-to for our office. The one thing we have started noticing that when there are large groups the quality of the food is not it's usual greatness. Many at out table ordered tacos and for those who ordered the Taco Duo the chicken was extremely over cooked. I received the Fish Tacos and they were very dry with very little slaw in the taco and little lemon aoli compared to the person beside me who had plenty on theirs. These are something I order every week as they are typically fantastic. I asked for some additional aoli on the side to find out afterwards that I was charged $1 for this. I don't mind paying extra but patrons should be told if there was an additional charge. The server was very polite and friendly and professional. It will not stop myself from coming to Tempo however it may be something to look into as the food quality and consistency does vary when serving a table of 4 to a table if 14.

The service is as excellent as the food especially the fish tacos and the seafood chowder. Do NOT underestimate Tempo as being some ho him hotel restaurant. This is a real deal place.

Service took so long, she mixed up the bills and the food was disappointing. Overall experience was much different than lunch.

The service we experienced was excellent. The food was exceptional and prices very good. The place was very busy as we were there happy hour on Friday and had a great vibe.

Its a nice spot in Halifax downtown to do business lunch meetings.
