Absolutely fantastic! We received a warm welcome for myself, my partner, and our little dog. The menu offered a great variety of choices to suit every taste. My roast beef portion was quite generous, accompanied by crispy roast potatoes, a homemade Yorkshire pudding, and plenty of vegetables. You can't see much better than that while you drink a pint and eat a meal. had really nice king prawn pasta with garlic and would choose that again. the staff was polite and friendly. with a barbecue next door, I'm sure I'll see if I'll look over one or two soon.
The food is so good, beautifully presented. Have been coming for a few years and it just gets better and better. The staff are exceptional, kind fun and efficient. And the best thing in these times of rapidly rising prices everywhere, great value for money. They only place I have been in the last couple of months, that I don 't feel just a bit 'ripped off '. Highly recommended
Really lovely staff, so friendly and polite. Lovely menu with the option for smaller sizes. Ordered the fish, chips and peas and couldn't fault it. Quick service and lovely atmosphere. Will be back again!
Never been before and we only live 2 miles away. Golden fleece will become are new go to restaurant. The food was amazing. The staff really friendly and a very short wait for the food and it was really busy for a wet Wednesday at 12.30
