Good food, incredibly long waiting time. Estimated time 20 min for 2 fried noodles, Had to wait 20-25 minutes in the restaurant before I was handed food after the 20 minutes that was estimated. didn't get any message other than that the food isn't quite ready yet. Ok food, just a shame that it is absolutely NEVER ready at the promised time. I would estimate an average of approx. 30 min delays, this has become even worse after it was opened for digital ordering with QR code. The odds of getting your food on time are about as good as winning the lottery. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Was inside the restaurant. Ask for a menu. Was told to order at a machine. It didn't work. No help to be had. Tried from online at home. That didn't work either. Can't say anything about the food, as it was not possible to order anything... Poor service. They should think more about human service, so maybe they can sell food too. Will not return.

Now I'm far from an expert on sushi, but I've ordered from here 10-20 times in the last few years and never had any problems. Never wrong or missing, and always tasty food. The only negative I can think of is that they seem to have stopped including a portion of kimchi (or kimchi-like vegetables anyway, no expert there either) when ordering sushi and maki mix. It's a bit of a shame, because I thought it went really well with the rest of the food. Service: Take out
