Kourakuen - Hakodate

I can't recommend this place enough we ordered wagyu tenderloin and pig loin, and it was so so good. The chef and waitress were very friendly people, and we really enjoyed our meal there. Definitely will come back here again if I visit Hakodate again

2 kinds of beef skirt were both very tasty, and the pork neck as well! Wagyu beef was good but too greasy for us : The bill settled more than we thought, ¥25500 for 3 people ..... the sake we ordered was only ¥4000.....

Fresh and good meat cuts, especially the beef and pork with very reasonable prices. Friendly and attentive staff. Wish it had more Japanese side dishes instead of Korean side dishes.

I would highly recommend this place for Japanese bbq bark and pork. the taste is so good and the service is beautiful. the price is cheaper than osaka. we ordered 4 different meats and they are all very good. the most expensive meat we have ordered is 3600 yen per 100g. they begin to serve with 200g. the total cost of our meal was 11200 yen including 4 meats and 1 beer and 1 rice. the bark spider we ordered was not on stock.

Without doubt the best dinner I had in hakodate. the flesh is so tender and juicy, and from the photos you can tell the sibling of the flesh. service is good and helpful, and I am glad that the menu has English in it. my recommendation is to make a reservation, as it only has space for 6 sessions at a time as I came in the night before and it was packed. definitely a fantastic way to end 2017.
