Probably the only restaurant for 3 meals open daily. fresh, eating, many seats, but it's pretty busy. it is good eating, over objects in the buffet. 19 cny per person. great value. it seems to be true.

I came at 5:40 and there were already people there when I left, many people came in, so I imagine it's very busy. the fried noodles were good and the bao zi (all small rolls and cakes) were very delicious. another plus is that it clean washrooms with toilet paper! I'll go back before I leave haikou.
The lunch buffet that is all vegan, what I can say is excellent. there are good selection of green vegetables, strengthen and protein sources, some of them deliciously prepared. everything I eat tastes good. one of the nice was extraordinary, but it wasn't a nice one I know. I'm on a mission to identify them. there was a significant selection of soups, with rolls, cooked fruits and simple pieces of sweet potatoes and maize flasks. I think almost any diet version would be tolerable by sufficient items on the buffet. contempt: google maps is confused as exactly this place is. it is at nr. 47, as stated here, but this is located directly opposite the road from the guangdong hotel, southwest of where google it. take the elevator from the left (ne) end of the front of the building.

I'm sure they're buzzing white poison on everything they serve. why am I not surprised...oh- only for the case that they still want to go, let me prepare them for another frustration; the location on the map is wrong (approximately 200m away and around the corner) and the green sign shown on the photos does not exist. it's actually a red sign. you have to turn around and someone will show you in the right direction. What a great find for vegetarians visiting Hainan! I happen to like Chinese style mock meats, so I ordered some mock meat skewers, fried veggie rice, and a plate of sweet and sour veggies with mock meat. I loved everything, even the fried rice was well-prepared. With a Sprite the whole meal came to 82 RMB, which is not terribly cheap but very reasonable given the really large serving sizes and great quality. I took a lot of leftovers back to my hotel with me. The restaurant is family style for dinner, so it is probably better with a group. It has a fun, more traditional Chinese feel to it. They use a picture menu on an iPad, so I'm sure you can order even if you don't speak Chinese. However, Chinese would definitely help here as the staff did not appear to speak English (similar to all of Haikou). The service was very polite and the food was delicious. Definitely go if you're in the neighborhood!
