Three Gums Bistro - HAHNDORF

Modern Open Log Fire (gas) with great relaxing feel. Sat and had a Drink by the Fire before heading to our Table for Dinner. Meal was really nice and well priced and good choices. Attentive friendly Staff. Great Country Views. Would recommend Chub Chairs around the fire instead of high Stools so its more relaxing and youre at a better level with the beautiful fire. Loved this place. So inviting.

Our recent dinner was disappointing. We have enjoyed lovely meals in the past but felt the meals that were delivered were dry and disappointing. Preparation time was longer than expected. Will be great to see changes to the menu appropriate to the season. Service is friendly and great views

Our Society was looking for somewhere to hold its presentation dinner. Three Gums Bistro was booked and we were not disappointed. Part of the facility was partitioned off for us so we had the room to ourselves. We were very well looked after and the food was high quality and well presented. We will be back there again next year. The views are stunning.

Moved from one place to stay here on the resort and decided to eat here the first night. We were quite late at 8-30 so had to order quickly as food bar was about to close. We ordered a beef burger and a chicken burger both arrived after about 35 minutes so quite a long time, given the place was almost empty. However the food was delicious and we both enjoyed it. The place itself is pretty sparse with no atmosphere which is a shame as its in beautiful surroundings. Overall was good for a last minute meal when there are no other options but not somewhere you would plan to go eat if alternatives are available.

Went to this bistro 5/2/17 with my wife and 2 cousins from England for lunch I think not only was the food good but we had the most polite and helpful wait staff that we have ever encounter.Congratulations
