Waffle House - Hagerstown

Great eggs with cheese...I opt for Rasin Toast and smooth grits with butter and ham slice....great working crew very good...friendly place clean...Also went back....great meal...also a free waffle with my banking deal...

5 stars for Hannah's hospitality and service , she's awesome. After she seen me waiting and being ignored for 10 minutes sitting at the counter waiting for it to be cleaned off and be served (which i guess LINDA was the server) she told me she'd serve me in her section. After another server LINDA purposely didn't come up to me or serve me, it was rude and uncalled for. This is not the first time my family on seperate occasions (because I am not from here) have been treated at this location.

We are locals and usually come in mid-morning with family/grands. Miss Linda is a great server. Friendly and checks back frequently to see if we need refills or anything else. Food is always good and fast. We have never had the bad experiences in some reviews so not sure how that is so different from what we see.

Very EXCELLENT breakfast and service! The food was hot and fresh and FAST! Thank you for the hot coffee too as we were visiting from IOWA. David was friendly and stopped working the grill line to help another team member with washing dishes, made conversation, and ultimately was training a newer team member with a smile!

This Waffle House is amazing. The waffles are a gold standard in the breaksfast restaurant industry, and their hashbrowns are satisfying to eat. Very fast service as well.
