A warm and welcoming atmosphere can really enhance any business experience. If the service had been more inviting, I would have easily rated them 5 stars. Don't get me wrong; the staff wasn't rude, just not as friendly as I've encountered at other top-rated places. This can often be the deciding factor between a 4-star and a 5-star rating. Nevertheless, I still recommend treating yourself to their offerings. God bless!

The Cinnabons themselves are fantastic, but the level of friendliness could use some improvement. A warm and welcoming atmosphere can make a significant difference in any business. This place would easily be a 5-star experience if the staff were a bit friendlier. Don't get me wrong; they weren't rude, but I didn't feel the same welcoming vibe that you often find at other top-rated places. That little bit can sometimes be what sets a 5-star restaurant apart from a 4-star one. Regardless, I still recommend enjoying their menu. God bless!

After waiting for a mi... read more I checked online and saw that Cinnabon was supposed to open at 11:00 am. However, when I arrived at 11:30 am, I found the counter closed. After waiting for a minute, the employee at the counter was not very friendly or helpful. I had to ask for her attention, only to be told that they wouldn't open until 12:00 pm. The customer service was disappointing.
