Chuck E. Cheese - Hagerstown

I took my grandchildren yesterday for an impromptu lunch and games. We arrived just before noon. Upon arrival we were greeted by a gentleman with phenomenal customer service skills, help navigate the offers and what would suit our needs at the best price. He engaged with the children and was thrilled that we enjoyed each other. A sweet female staff rushed by while I paid and offered to take the kids to see Chuck E?s show that just started. Both have checked with us and others during our time to get involved with the children with enthusiasm and act as if we were all important? Honorary guests? The young man who made the price material was patient and so polite. Even the young lady who was called to clean up my granddaughter was sweet and acting as if it were no trouble, even if they were busy and all coughed. She checked us later and she was just as friendly. The facility was very clean and the pizza was YUMMY!! The costs were typical? for this type of venue and although it is always a little breathtaking, it expected. The customer service was for no one the second and that meant the world! You can't do that!

I was looking for some fun with my kids this week and we decided to go to Chuck E Cheese. It was wonderful. The place was very clean, staff was all friendly and Chuck E himself made a look (my son loved it, my daughter is still quite young and was afraid of him lol). We chose a 45-min everything you can play, and it was a great choice. We will definitely be back for more fun!

My son went to his friend's party for the first time on Saturday. He loved it and honestly I too! I could get a play pass for me and we could play games together that we both enjoyed. The pizza was also very good, which surprised me! I cannot expect to treat my son (and I) on another journey!

I had my sons 5. Birthday here 6/21/22 and I highly recommend choosing it for your child's next birthday. Making party reservations was easy to do online and our guests had a good time. Our party host (Ariana) was absolutely amazing. I wouldn't have asked for a better host. My son was understandable that Chuck E Cheese came and she was great with my son and all the other guests. Thanks Ariana!

We had our daughters 10th birthday there today and they had a BLAST. I?m so glad we picked this. The manager and our host (pictured) and even Chuck E himself, were amazing. They were organized and kept us up to speed while timing everything perfectly. The birthday show was too cute and the kids had so much fun. The food was hot and fresh and didn?t take too long. The salad bar was stocked and clean and I saw several employees walking around cleaning/sanitizing. The games were in good working order and it wasn?t too crowded while we were there. (12:30 to 2:30) Overall it was a great experience and I?ll Definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a birthday party. Thank you Thank you Thank you! Cant wait to come back again!
