Manager disrespectful, food took a while to come out and was cold. Lobby bathroom was not

I stopped here to grab something real quick and ordered via app the chicken nuggets. The app ordering was easy and gave instructions for pickup. As I entered the store, I was welcomed and asked about the order. They gave me a wait time, and the food was served hot. There were no issues with the order, and the nuggets qas cLled premium, but it was decent nuggets, crunchy and nice, and juicy.The interior of the store was definitely pleasing and much better than other fast food places. The restrooms were maintained well. The parking lot could be a little confusing. Quick in and out and enjoyed what I ordered.

Disgusting inside. Dirty ! do you guys Ever clean the restroom ?? ugh. What happened to you guys? I used to like this place. Also,what is with your hours? Sometimes you are open unless you don 't feel like it? Your take out service stinks. You overcharge for sandwiches that used to be reasonable now you pay twice as much for half the meat. And by the way how long has this meat been sitting around? It tastes like stale lunch bologna that has been in the sun too long.Did you find a skunk that was dead on the road and cook it up on your old rusty grill? That 's the last time you screw up my order, dirtbags. Terrible! Don 't eat here!

Just went through the drive through late at night but the food was good, it was hot and the young man serving us was so courteous and pleasant. All in all a great experience here at Arby's!

Horribly slow drive-thru, employees who didn't seem to care about anything, and who didn't include any condiments or accessories – forgot straws, napkins, and Horsey sauce. Fast food that is this pricey deserves a better experience.
