I had a fantastic experience at the Boston Market on Hackensack Ave in Hackensack, NJ! The food at this location is my favorite—it’s always fresh and perfectly prepared. The Sweet Potato Creamed Spinach, in particular, is exceptional! The staff here is very friendly and genuinely focused on satisfying customers. The restaurant is also very clean. What Turner Nikolaus doesn't like about Boston Market:
So my wife ordered food through Door dash and some of the food was missing. When I talked to the manager on duty he told me to call the driver and ask why the food is missing. The bag with the food was left on the porch and the driver had already left. Instead of offering to rectify the situation all I got was snotty attitude and disrespect. The delivery service was great. the food was fresh and taste very good. my only complaint was that I didn't get any serious. I thought gravy came with the meal. I like it for my kartoffels and the rice.
Food is good but prices have skyrocketed. The only time we purchase is with coupons like buy 1 get 1 free. Service is friendly and they aim to please. But they need more options, healthier options for their side items.Food: 4/5
It’s obvious this restaurant is short staffed. All 5 stars are for Julio! He def. deserves employee of the week/month for his great service within the restaurant. Thanks again!! ?
071422 was suprised, disappointed not stuffing available not till october I was told
DON 'T RECOMMEND EATING HERE!!went in about 20 mins ago, really polite man was going to serve us some near burnt rice.. he offered to get some fresh rice from the back... minutes later we hear him screaming at a female employee because she was throwing away the bad rice when he was going to just put water in it and serve it to us. He yelled at her very loudly I 'm the manager and you do what I say. You don 't do what I say, we won 't pay you on time! (labor harassment much? . The young lady lost her s# and yelled back at him and came out and showed us the watered down burnt rice he was going to serve us and said we serving people this food, how you gonna give them this s# ?! .. the manager didn 't come back out to finish dispatching our order. Another polite young gentleman that was serving apologized, and finished helping us. We asked for refund and told him we didn 't want the food anymore.
