Gympie Gold Museum Cafe'

We were travelling down from Hervey Bay to Brisbane and this seemed like a good place to stop for lunch. We were not disappointed. The menu was really quite varied for a café. We had the ; fisherman's basket, the chicken schnitzel a toasted sandwich and a wrap. All were freshly made/cooked and tasted delicious. The fries were great (real potato) and the salad very fresh. The coffee was delicious, too.... obviously freshly made. To top it all, the lady serving us was as friendly as could be. Would definitely recommend a visit.

This is our regular stop off for lunch on our way past. Nice food and friendly atmosphere. Much better than the truck stops and the added bonus of the museum.

We decided to stop in & grab a coffee on our way home from our Easter holiday! What a mistake!!! All staff were rude & spoke to us so horribly! I don't know if it was close to closing time or not, but still no need to speak to customers they way they did! Coffee was very average! We will never stop here again!

We had lunch here on the weekend. There is a lot of variety and very good service. It is also a good meeting place to visit the museum

Visited this place before new owners took over and it was horrible ..but i am reviewing it to say we visited and it was great. Food great..staff great.. all great.
