I ordered fish and chips for takeout. The food was decent, but unfortunately, my order was missing the chips. I had to drive back to get them, which was disappointing. Additionally, I paid by card and was not given a receipt. Upon checking my bank account, I realized I was overcharged by £6. I will not be returning to this restaurant in the future. It is the next season that the restaurant would normally have closed. but if we book a table, the owner offered to open the restaurant for us! while there the staff/owners were really friendly and helpful and eating was nice. When we come back to bala, we will definitely return here and I am glad to recommend it.

They were really struggling with no staff tonight but regardless we had a warm welcome and brilliant pizza so fresh amazing dough, and great toppings lovely !!
