Situated in historic downtown Guthrie, this Mexican restaurant is definitely worth a visit for the atmosphere. They have kept the bar that makes this an historic saloon, with lots of hard wood and stained glass everywhere. You can even sit at the bar toeat. There?s a large menu of Mexican food to choose from, though you won?t get the traditional American-style rice and beansincluded with your order (my grandson had some included with his Lunch Combo #2 that had a beef burrito). I had the AmigoSpecial, which was good. I didn?t really like the salsa, though I was told it was made fresh. It seemed to have a tomato pastetaste to me. We added a large bowl of cheese sauce to our order for our chips, which tasted like the same sauce that is pouredon your burritos or enchiladas. My conclusion is that I would recommend this restaurant for the atmosphere, but would recommendanother for the food.

Best Hispanic food in town. Salsa is amazing. Beer is cold. Waiter is attentive, fast, and friendly. We love this place. And when I was making burritos at home, I was able to order pico and green sauce to go.

The food is outstanding, and the staff is fantastic. The lunch buffet is wonderful, and the prices are very reasonable!

The fajitas were excellent! Unlike many places that hardly sauté their vegetables, here the thinly sliced veggies were a delight. The salsa had a unique flavor that sets it apart from typical restaurants, yet it was still very tasty. The waitstaff was very friendly as well. Overall, it’s a great spot for authentic Mexican dining with high-quality dishes! They also offer an all-you-can-eat buffet from 11 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday.

I absolutely love the cheese sauce at this restaurant, and the spicy salsa is another favorite of mine. Usually, I go for the cheese chicken, but during my last visit, I decided to try two tacos with a side of rice. My mom joined me and ordered three crispy tacos. Remarkably, we were in and out in less than 30 minutes! We arrived at 3:30, and since I needed to be at work by 4 PM, I was a bit concerned about being late. However, they were so efficient that I ended up being a few minutes early to work, and I left feeling very satisfied.
