Chipotle Mexican Grill - Gurnee

This could be the most dysfunctional chipotle in a 150 km radius. every time when orders are wrong and 1/2 draw chicken. Sad

A lot of taste. the personal could be a bit more patient and helpful.

The fastest place in gurnee to pick up an online order. they can place an order by one of the delivery apps or the Chipotle app and drive directly to the store and it will be ready when they arrive there! I never had anything missing from my orders at chipotle, this location has a very efficient system.

I had unfortunately the worst experience at all at this place. one of the workers noticed that there was a lot of acid cream that had fallen in the mild sauce and it looked disgusting! she actually did the right and removed it and the other girl comes over catching new mild sauce and tipping it up. I ask her nicely, you can't use this, and she said she would use it. I said, but it has a lot more acidic looked at it, she said she would use it anyway. I couldn't believe her. I asked her if I could see her manager, she said I was the manager. I ask her what she's called and she said her name was ruth. I hope that management and company read this because their manager was not only rude and unprofessional, they obviously did not care about the customers, cross-contamination, people who could actually be allergic to saourcream, and shape the way they themselves performed, they definitely do not care about their work.

Came in for lunch; the staff were too busy sitting on the counters playing with each other’s hair and discussing social life. Food was half assed, the guys making food asked for team help due to the ling line to which the manager stated “oh you’re good you got this” as he picked up his cell phone and disappeared. I’ll drive further for better service next time. Worst customer service ever.
