Tcby - Gulf Shores

This is literally the worst tcby I've ever had. they will not double commanded by the drive through and the "Shift Guide (African American Girl, I asked her name and the girl went and spoke with her and came back and told me her name was emily, but I doubt it was) was incredibly rude. we waited on the journey through 10 minutes on the window and when we got our parfaits, they were literally melted so that they drip over us and the car when they gave them out of the window. we gave them back and told her that they obviously melted and driped everywhere and she pushed them back to us and gave us serviettes. we have said to her politely that we do not take these melted yogurts and they are made new when we have returned them and literally drop them everywhere and we were totally shocked. she was frustrated that she told us we were moving. 25 minutes later someone else comes with very melted yogurt again. we left with the milk like yogurt and drank it from a raw and never swore to go back. I've been here since I was a kid. $50 wasted! this management has ruined her business and lost several loyal families! we watched other families and that happened over the board. I know it's hard to find good help, but this shiftwork has to be let go with hopes that she never works in the service industry again! (this was the night of 3/16/22)

Stopped in for an afternoon delight! Young lady behind the counter seemed less than thrilled to be there. Of course the dessert was good but her attitude ruined the visit!

Just have to say wow to a company with ice cream that won't even give you a sample , just spent 30 dollars for my kids and wife and I just beat throat cancer and I don't do well with suger . Only one flavor suger free that was there i wanted to try it but says she can't give me a sample of it. Sad will never return.

This place is literally called the country’s best yogurt and it was literally the worst yogurt i’ve ever had. 0/10. can’t believe i paid for it.

Stopped by tonight to get a Snickers shiver, but was told they don't have Snickers. Though I didn't care much for the other options they had, it was not a big deal, so I told the very young lady I would try it with peanut butter cups. When I got back to my hotel I found that the cup had OVER 50% peanut butter cups and very little frozen yogurt! It tasted so horrible I flushed 85% of it down the toilet! With tip it was $10, flushed away. Another employee that either doesn't know her job or simply doesn't care... So the problem here is the total lack of quality work rather than the product. VERY poor experience for me, and although I ate only about 15%, it was so ungodly sweet and disgusting that I actually feel nauseated now.
