We visited the restaurant on a Sunday morning and were informed that they were short staffed, which might result in longer wait times. It took about 10 minutes to be seated and around 20 minutes for our food to be served, which was quicker than expected. What User doesn't like about Island Pancake House:
We had a $41.00 breakfast, including tip. There was no outdated menu. A meal cost $14.99 and $10.99 for 3 pancakes and 2 coffees. The food was decent, but not worth $41.00. The service was slow, with delays in seating, ordering, coffee refills, and the check. Be prepared to spend a lot of money and time when dining here. View all feedback.
Food and service was good! a little on the slower side, but restaurant was busy so it was expected. great place to try out, especially if you want some delicious pancakes!
The service was terrible. so slow, no hectic about it. the food was good when we got it. the best waffel I've had for a long time. I don't eat pork or bark, so I was pleased to see that she had truthahn options.

The breakfast is good, but way overpriced. It will cost you almost twice a Waffle House. Yes WH quality is somewhat lesser, but it is breakfast scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns, toast!
The food is delicious!! I had the crab cakes that were wonderful and the grits were ??Great views from the restaurant!! Will def be coming back here !!
