Very disappointed. I had the steak and egg brunch. I ordered the steak medium rare. IT came burnt and dry. My eggs were ordered over medium. They came with the yolks broken and running all over the dish. My wife ordered an omelet cooked well. It came undercooked and mushy. She was unable to eat it. Everything arrived cold even the toast. The was the second time we tried Brunch and were again disappointed. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Nachoas wit Ahi Tuna were stale and when the waitress how things were and we mentioned it to her, it went unrecognized.

The food and the service were outstanding!! Our server was a lovely woman who attended to all of our needs and provided the utmost care and service was the best server I ever had. Wish I could remember her name. We were on the patio on Saturday, 8/5, at 6 pm. Everyone in our party had high praise for her. Thank you, Chapter One and our server, for making it an extraordinary night!

First time here, food was excellent. Servers were friendly but the timing of delivery was all off. Waited to order, food came before cocktails. We will go back for sure because of the quality of food
