What Heba Hoda doesn't like about Starbucks:
I came here last week and asked for a SAR with no water sub passion tea with classic syrup. The lady at the register was the nicest. She was new and didn?t know the POS but she was doing amazing. She did ring up my drink wrong which is totally okay it happens especially when you are learning the system. I used to be a SSV for Starbucks and recently quit. The Non Fat Cappucino tall size and short size 8oz and 12 oz are pretty much same. The serving size is very less and covered with steamed milk. It's not even 6oz...not sure how they prepare this. The ambience is great and busy all the time
Customer service is great! The only thing I suggest is checking before you go because sometimes it is closed, which I still don?t know why ??
I had latte... It's not a strong coffee.. the taste was more like or almost tasted like half foam and half milk ???? I wonder where the coffee went? ????
1 drink placed at drive thru window. Wrong order received. CUSTOMER had to park the car and get replacement drink. Ask to speak to manager. Poor!!! Poor!!! Poor!!! Customer service. ? No apology given by the manager for this inconvenience at all. It was not rush hour mistake. An sincere apology, when a customers has been inconvenienced goes a long way. Please Avoid this Starbuck's at all cost...
