Rally's In Lex - gton-Fayette

It burnt down. They just don't care. The day staff is rude and inattentive, the owner hired poorly. I work less than a minute away so I walked up for a late lunch last week. There were no cars in the drive thru and the server looked at me through the window and went back to her phone. She couldn't even be bothered to take my order. I waited a minute then just walked away. I'm very clean cut, I dress professionally so I know I was quite simply ignored. It's their loss, like I stated I work a minute away so Rally's would have been my lunch destination at least once a week. Now they can go pound sand. Never again.

I was here shorter than 3 weeks ago. Best fries made. Wish Richmond rd was back open but they do good at this one. Drive thru automated. Be careful don't cuss it because every1 is listening Inside. I found out the hard way.

If I could leave a 0 star I would. Absolutely disgusted with the staff on this night (09/09/23). So, we had waited and waited for someone to take our order and no one did. Waited about 5 to 10 minutes possible more and still no response. Went to leave and saw the staff nodding their heads in a rude condescending manner of Yeah you better leave. Never had this kind of experience here before and absolutely baffled and when I tried to call for the manager they never picked up. The calls would get shorter and shorter on ringing. I wanted to let others know to be expecting rude staff and possible a rude manager if they go to this establishment. Other rallys I 've been to are not this bad but, for someone reason this night... this night is what broke me.

Drive-thru and the food is always been fresh and delicious

I live out of town and we don't have a Rallys so I stop here everyime I'm in Lexington. I give special instructions on my burger and it's NEVER been wrong. Food is always good and hot. Service is always quick. Definitely my favorite fast food place to get a burger and fries!!
