Studio Movie Grill In Arl - gton

The Supervisor and employees are rude and disrespectful. They offered poor service and expect people to pay the gratituity fee. I asked if they could substitute the veggies with the wings for fries and the response I got was ...sorry but we don't do that and against policy. The Supervisor threatened to escort me out the theater for asking about the policy. Then after the movie I asked for them to take the gratituity fee because I felt they gave me poor service and called the police on me, supervisor was unprofessional and kept interrupting me claiming her and the staff tried to work with me. Please don't come to this establishment, they don't know how to treat paying customers and are rude and disrespectful.

Staff is horrible, I wait over 30 minutes for my food and it was cold as ice. When I asked for it to be remade the boy that came look dirty and smelled like @ss if I could I would give -5 stars the building smelled like feet and the staff look like they didn’t want to be there I got my food thrown at me he came a drop it down on the table. Then when I asked to speak with a manager they took forever to come the this big guy looking like the kool aid man came up to say he can’t do nothing for me the next day I had food poisoning I had to miss work overall this place needs to be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY and needs a whole remodel with better service and staff with better food will never come here again unless there is change!!!

Gabby, alex, and Keith are such wonderful people!! they made me feel so welcomed and the food was so good it made me feel like I was eating a homemade meal!!

This movie grill is not the best place to enjoy food and drinks, waiters brought my food cold and brought my ticket in the dark. I don’t recommend eating cold popcorn and cold food, charged for a bucket and asked for a pitcher.

It was different coming from Memphis folks but overall staff was super great job
